2019 Fee Schedule
We are dedicated to providing affordable family mediation services to the elderly, individuals with disabilities, and military veterans. We also believe in avoiding surprises by providing a clear schedule of fees for our clients. We want you to feel comfortable working with us, so we gladly offer a free 30 minute phone call to discuss how mediation can help your family and to simply get to know one another.
The cost for our services is $200 per hour.
A typical meeting is usually 1 or 2 hours.
But how many meetings will it take?
Every family is different. Many clients benefit from two or three meetings. Some prefer to have ongoing support over a longer period of time. No matter your current needs or financial situation, we will gladly discuss options best suited to your family and your budget.
We do more than just mediate. We are there to support our clients through life's transitions. Additional services include:
Disability Network Mapping: (flat fee - $350)
Managing life can be complicated and stressful, especially for caregivers. A disability network map helps you evaluate your network of supports and brainstorm ways to reduce stress. Balance roles and responsibilities. Improve connections. Identify areas for improvement.
Disability Co-Parenting Plan: (flat fee - $650)
Standard divorce co-parenting plans do not consider the unique challenges of parenting a child with a disability. This service helps parents develop and improve everything from scheduling to planning for emergencies. Work together as a team to build a plan that is consistent yet adaptable. Grandparents and other important people in your child’s life are welcome to join!
Transition Plan Support: (hourly - $200/hour)
Provide guidance and support to family in the midst of transition, such as moving from in-patient rehab to home care, or moving from home/community care to assisted living/skilled care. Act as liaison between family, legal team, care providers, and other outside services. Attend transition planning meetings. Aid family in discussing life changes and presenting challenges. Facilitate decision-making that impacts both the legal plan and the care plan, and the realities of putting those plans in motion.
Life Care Plan Support: (flat fee - $200 per meeting)
Meet with your family (in person or by phone) on a regular basis to support them through ongoing transitions in real time. Develop strategies designed to prevent issues from escalating and resolve problems as they arise. Meeting schedules are flexible based on the client’s needs and may be monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.
To Our Veterans:
In honor of your service, we offer a 15% discount to all military families.
